The bed was the best part about the stay. We laid down and were asleep. They are the most comfortable bed we have seen.

The construction, it would be better if it was finished remodeling

The staff were friendly and helpful in every regard.

The breakfast was sufficient, but not great on selection: my colleague is allergic to blueberries and the only bagels available were blueberry.

Did not have room on ground floor as requested, diabled vet cannot climb steps without pain could not find my info they said.

Friendly staff. Comfy bed. Pretty clean.

Outside of building looked scary. No sign and run down. We weren't sure we were even in the right place on arrival. Smelled like cigarette smoke in halls. Could clearly hear everything from room next to us. They even pranked us by talking through the bathroom vent, saying "I'm watching you." Very creepy. Entrance to hotel parking lot is confusing and not marked. We will probably stay somewhere else next time.

I greatly enjoyed brand-new and well-maintained room here.

the hotel itself was fine and fairly clean and the staff were accommodating, it had excellent location in area where twice the cost. location: the venue was next to the electrical outlets, and various restaurants.

Value, friendly staff

Noisy- could hear the guy across the hall.ALWAYS someone smoking out front. Smell of smoking rooms at the end of the hall Someone tried to enter my room while I was taking a nap. Printer didn't work so I couldn't print out papers for a court hearing. Breakfast looked like it was pulled out of the fridge, still in ziplock bags. Pool broken but they said we could go next door. Mostly concerned that someone tried to get in my room.

Variety of goodies for breakfast. Location not far from the outlets, restaurants, and the mall. Variety of food options at a short distance from the venue.

It was just an excellent fit for a flying visit in McPherson with best value. The towel bar in my room was missing, a bit odd. Be prepared for some maintenance issues.

We had a wonderful stay, enjoying the spacious Queen Room with Two Queen Beds and a ground floor location for easy access. The indoor swimming pool and hot tub were perfect for unwinding after a long day. The water pressure in the shower could be better, but overall, it was a great experience 😊

clean room but breakfast needs improvement

The room's bedding felt soft and clean. I appreciated the fresh cartons of yogurt available.

Breakfast options were limited as the juice machine and cereal dispenser were broken.

The new management really improved things! They promptly switched us to a ground-floor room when I mentioned my wife's disability. The hotel has a nice wellness area with a spa, and the indoor pool was wonderfully warm. Definitely.

The pool area was nice, perfect for families to relax and unwind after a busy day. The warm temperature of the pool was a big plus, and the hot tub was enjoyable, even with a few bugs floating around. It's a decent spot for a budget stay.

Our stay was below expectations as we were assigned a smoking room instead of the non-smoking one we booked. The breakfast selections were quite limited, and the cleanliness of the linens was questionable. However, the pool was very warm, and the shower had handicap rails, which was a nice touch.
